Paypal merchant id question

Hi guys,
I wonder when you add multiple user to one business paypal account;
1.)Is there an option we can arrange for a user to see only their payments related their sellings received from their email or they see all transactions in nature.
2.)An additional user have same merchant id or different than main business account.
