Adding Debit card for instant fund acccess READ !
 
I have a Paypal with a available balance and I'm allowed to withdraw to debit card but the debit card i have on file is a visa pre-paid I want to add my personal debit card but that would mean I have to add my address and if i do so would that make the account get limited because i have a Paypal with my address limited from a few years ago

There are websites such as loadoo.com that have these cards and also in this forum in the market place there is a nice fello selling withdrawal cards

Why don't you just go into a bank - open up a nice chequing account - and withdraw to that??

You're in the USA right?
