PP Business Upgrade Stuck
 

hello
my pp stuck on business upgrade process.
always showing this page once login.
pp couldn't solve this.
anyone has experience how to solve?
changed browser, tested on clean browsers but not helped.
also resolution center and some other pages unavailable.
bank acc adding forwarding to this page also.

just talked with pp again and temporarly solved as downgrade to premier account.

Still have same problem after downgrade to personal and upgrade business again.
anybody has idea?

As far as i know, you're only allowed to change from personal/premiere to business accounts ONCE, and you're not allowed to go back to the premiere account. I might be wrong :shhh:

It's been 2 weeks and still giving you issues?

Do you have any pending claims or issues with your paypal acc? If so, that could be the cause

not have any problem, pending claim etc.
on pp community i found a topic, the guy says he called pp and asked about a reflesh to his account and problem solved.
but i tried it but didn't worked for me.

You just need to call in paypal to fix this for you.

called many times. they don't understand the problem clearly.
i sent mail about the error page and asked them to read my mail carefully. they done it also but they couldn't find anyway to fix it. system shows my acc is already business account.
