Trying to send a payment or buying good on a web site paypal wants to verrfied with phone call or text but keeping running into this message:

"Sorry, we couldn`t confirm it`s you"

I had an issue where I couldnt get GV to confirm number with PP ... Ive always had success with GV but sometimes its glitchy
