How to stay safe using paypal from non-supported countries
Hello, I want to have a legit US paypal account but I reside in one of the non-supported countries. My friend lives in USA and is willing to open a separate bank account for me there and let me use it and attatch to paypal.
But I heard that if you use paypal from different location there can be issues. How can I avoi these? Shall I use a VPN or buy US based remote desktop server? Any recommendations where I can find good one? Thanks!

Re: How to stay safe using paypal from non-supported countries
Its my actually first time with paypal, ive never owned any account before and I am getting a legit one with real bankaccount, not buying it. Just using it outside supported country. Is it still considered stealth?
Also, found an Ubuntu VPS from linode @ $5/month, the server is in US. I can use it through teamviewer. Does that sound good or is getting a Dedicated IP is the only solution?

Just make sure every time you connect you have the same ip to get the best results to avoid being on a ip that already been used for ebay that have been banned.

Okay, but I am still wondering if I fall into the stealth category?
Because as i mentioned above, I'm not buying it I will just be using it outside of US but it will have a real bank account and all the details of a legit US resident.
