We noticed some unusual activity on the credit card
 

I purchased a few vcc's here from a reputable vendor. 3 of the 4 accounts got limited within days, the reason was always the same:

"We noticed some unusual activity on the credit card linked to your PayPal
account."

They asked photo ID and credit card statement.

I thought the cards weren't so good so I tried cryptopay.me cards.
3 account limited within days, other 3 is fine so far.

I did nothing with these accounts, no transactions, nothing.

Any advise?

Happened to me also from one vendor here i think he was reselling entropay vccs. I purchased from another one later and i didnt have that problem at all. So just change vendor

The vcc is not liked by your countries paypal. Dont use them again. Find a vcc that is accepted 100% of the time.

Standard default kind of message - usually means that some kind of test charge didnt go through or some event failed.
