2 months ago I had "item not received" case opened in Paypal. Week later buyer got the package and closed the case, but money is still on hold for some reasons.
I guess I have to contact Paypal about this transaction, but I've never done this before and was wondering what would be the safest/easiest way to do it: email, phone, online chat? I'm not really comfortable calling, because in my head it looks like they would ask a lot of questions about my acc before going into the fixing this hold thing. What would be your suggestion?
