PayPal close my account immediately after upload foo Identity
 

Recently my paypal got limited which only could receive payment and refund.
It needed me to upload ID,bank statement and SSN. This is 2 years old account. Never get limitation.
Then I call in and see what is going on. I was told they need these documents for security reason. But it is stealth account I do not have those.
I have to make foo identity to upload.
The point is that paypal immediately close my account after I finish upload.
It seems that it is not human review my docs, most likely robot catch me.There is $2800 in my account...
Do you guys has same situation ?

Well sounds like you got limited (you didn't really share the reason for the limitation) and that you went through the appeal process - and failed.
Doesnt look like theres much you can do at this point other than wait the 180 days and hope you will get your funds at that point.

I had an account has the same situation 4 months ago with 1.5k monthly withdraw limit, they requested ID, and SSN. There were total 5.7k in that account. I still couldn't figured out what trigger it. So i just abandoned that account and created a new account then withdraw 1.5k every month.

I call in yesterday again, It says my tax ID does not match. I said why my account has been closed immediately. They said they could not help for security reason. I think it should be closed by robot, which could identify Foo document.
