Limited Stealth accounts for 2 years, how to withdraw ?
 

Hello, I have a few limited accounts for 2 years now and cant find a method or service to help me withdraw the money, All of the accounts are mine and money mine , i used them to sold items int he past but never got a chance to get them out, can you help me out ?

are they asking for documents? if yes then give them all the requested documents. Always clear any paypal cookies when you leave the site (made this mistake before)

also i'd recommend you to call in rather than emailing em, theres a higher chance of getting your money withdrawn

uk paypal accounts have gone rough, stricter than before

I don't clear pp cookies - I keep them in the correct user account related to that pp

My accounts are Romanian based, yes they ask documents but I dont have them they are stealth , any service or vcc that I can use to add and withdraw? In romania I dont need a bank account to withdraw, just vcc , maybe some can suggest me ?
