PayPal vs ebay hold
 

Hello folks,


I do have a technical question and I hope that experienced users can answer the questions.


I have many stealth PP/ebay accounts. Sometimes The hold of payment is from ebay and sometimes the hold is from PayPal ( even though it is an ebay sale).

any clue why this happens?

Many factors can be at play - item being sold, age of account, even SOURCE of payment from the customer, among other things. Not much you can do to control these holds except avoid use of PP (if possible...hard though)

if paypal find your transactions to be risky, shady they sometimes hold payments.
