How slowly to start with old PP account?

I have an ecommerce website. I would like to use my old (stealth) PP account that I have used for other projects. So far received average 5 transaction per month.
My ecommerce site gets about 13 orders per day. How many transaction is safe to accept at the beginning (I can cancel rest of the orders)? And how much after 2 weeks?

5 transaction per day would be OK?

It depends on the value of the transactions and how old the PayPal account is

Over a year old account.
Transactions are 14 USD
