Log in with Paypal - third party

Hi, I would just like some help about on site that would pay me as freelancer. First they wanted that I upgraded my account to bussnise (in my country I don't have company as I'm unemplyed) and then they ask for permissions to access my account. Here is screenshoot - https://ibb.co/fCUFiR

Is this safe and can they manage just transactions that are related to them or they can also ser my other things and transfers... Thank you for help.
