Called Paypal, now I'm screwed
 

A buyer asked to cancel a item on ebay.But he went to paypal and filed a INR dispute. But when I went to paypal to refund I was getting an error to try again later. So I called paypal and the stupid indian guy "helping' me out actually escalated the plain dispute into a case and closed it in the buyers favour in order to do the refund.
He then told me it was going to negatively impact my account.
How could somebody being 'paid' to do a job be so dumb!
He then said somebody from paypal would 'review' my account so it doesn't affect it.
Am I totally screwed now that somebody is going to 'review' my account?

PayPal are hopeless at the best of times and on the phone they are even worse

Its why its never a good idea to phone PayPal

It sucks but I wouldnt worry too much....I mean the next guy might just go in and review what happen and note your account....it is most likely not his job to review your account for stleath details....hes gotta work your ticket and move on to the next one....

If you are worried about this one incident, I suggest you don't.

And yes, they are dumb as a rock and they don't understand English.

So just to have a back up plan, get the stealth guide and make more accounts to work with. This way if this one account goes down, you'll have a few already ready to work with
