Paypal to Bank. Tax question

So I have a serious question here. Let's say I have a paypal acc with xx.xxx amount in it and want to withdraw that amount to bank acc. PP acc is verified but not my name. If I withdraw big amount to my bank account would the gov. ask me to provide them paypal info (as they do not see pp info/amount in it if I do not send them it) from which I have withdrawn big amount of money?I know this is specific.

If you earn income then your legally meant to pay tax on that income

They are not going to ask for PayPal details though so long as you pay what is owed

I know, I am for sure going to pay what is owed but again I am concerned if they would ask for pp info or not. Because money flow to bank would be kind of big. Cause you see, paypal is not on my name..
