hello,
received few payment from buyer after lit a bit time got email payment eas unauthorized.
replay to paypal case how long take if paypal investigation any idea?

Not sure how long it'll take, but usually 1-2 weeks.

If you already shipped the item, I hope you have tracking so you are at least coevered by paypal so you can at least keep the money and PP takes the risl

Took a week for paypal too release the funds when someone bought one of my items with a unauthorized card ,if you used a tracked postal service you should be fine.

The question is - Have u shipped the item yet? if you haven't, it's much better to refund the buyer. It won't hurt your seller performance if you're worried about it. Goodluck
