I just got email from paypal saying

You're about to reach your account balance limit. Please provide more information to confirm your identity. Just click the button below to provide the required documents."

Im not limited but i dont know how to resolve this issue, is this something about yearly limit approaching or something else? Also does anyone knows can this resets at the end of this year, since i do not have a deadline till when i need to upload the documents.

Hi, I had this when i reached the limit for my country. You need to provide the ID and Proof of Address. You're given a month or so to comply, else you will get limited if you continue to send/receive payments.

I dont have a deadline stated, how do you know that i have a month to go?

That is based on my case. You keep on receiving that email after you send payments, right?

no, you says that you have reached the milestone, mine says that im close to reach the milestone. And in the part for upload documents it only says "Please confirm your identity at your earliest convenience." I dont have dates or nothing like that.

i think all europe paypal need identity and address confirm to countinue receive payment in one month deadline.not sure but my country is the same

You'll need to provide those docs asap. The sooner the better.
Unfortunately it won't reset.

Do you have another account that is no where close to the limit yet?
While you work on the docs for this one account, how about using your other accounts
but not get close to the limit and see if they'll still ask for docs?

This way you'll know.

I’m actually doing with this now they say that it’s if you’re new to PayPal or if you just started selling and got like a business account or whatever or if they notice any unusual activity they have to do that usually if you call them it’ll straighten itself out

I got the same email a month ago and the information I provided weren't enough so my account is now limited 😭
What can I do? And is this verification somehow in correlation with the government ( financial institutions)?

They're not in the US, the rules are different in other countries.
