Paypal Account Closed, Can I still use eBay?
 

Ok, so I had my paypal account closed due to security reasons. I sold a 2 high value items, one I refunded and the other the buyer opened and claim which I eventually won.

I didn't do anything wrong what so ever. My eBay account is in very good standings with 100% positive feedback. Followed all the rules, but I guess that's how it is sometimes. They just close your account if they feel like it.

I am wondering if there's any way I can still use my eBay account? Or is once my paypal account is gone the eBay account is essentially gone too? And also is there anyway to overturn paypal's decision or appeal it?

I do feel this to very unfair.

You are doing so many things wrong, it's not even funny.
Whenever something bad happens, people always feel "unfair".

If you want to seriously have a successful business on eBay, start from the very beginning and read the stealth guide.

I am not even using a stealth account here. I sold over 100 items and then sold a few high priced items which resulted in an account limitation. One customers reneg and tried file a non received item and lost the case. The other asked for a refund which I obliged. He opened a claim and I refunded him. Shortly after my account got closed.

I don't know what kind of "high" priced items they are, you need to elaborate.
But the fact that you had 2 issues with 2 customers, regardless you won 1 INR you still became a risk in eBay's eyes.

Again, you have a number of concerns and I really think it's time to study the stealth guide as I mentioned so you have a broader understanding of how things work.

Ok thanks. Just a question here. Have you heard of any cases where paypal have overturn their decision? Or is it basically game over after they decide.

It doesn't say that. It basically just says in an email appeal denied.

Start over.

Your EB is effectively dead also at this point.

You can attach a new PP and it might last a little while, but you'll probably be suspended again eventually and lose your money.

Continue to use your eBay, but do not put too much balance in your new PayPal. And make some more back-up accounts.

Yes, there are rare instances that they do, but 99% of the time they won't.

So why not just start making new stealth accounts instead?
