I have a new account that I had to call ebay recently to get review. Now, when I went to pay my ebay fees, Paypal is requiring a security check. I tried to use the TracPhone that I used with the ebay verification and it will not allow me to add it. It pulls the "we do not allow phones that are not registered to you". Should I get them to call me, or try to change the number under the settings? Also, they stopped a payment for an up to 72 hour review on Sunday. The withdrawal was not significant in terms of withdrawing. What is the best way to handle this situation?

This is normal, just tell them that you lost the phone number attached to that Paypal Account before, and that you will add a new phone number.

And for sure they will ask for some additional questions/verifications to prove that you're the real owner of the account. Be ready with the info of the account.

I changed the account number under settings. It will no longer allow me to enter my new number for paypal to send the code to talk to a rep. It will not allow me to pay ebay fees. Will ebay be able to take the fees at the due date? The paypal is allowing me to withdraw with a 3 day hold on each withdrawal.
