Prepaid debit card & AVS

If Ebay & PP stealth account are registered to an address in London but the Prepaid debit card billing address is different to that of the accounts, would this pose any problems for address verification with either account, especially PP?

That will depend on if the card is AVS or not

If it needs to pass the AVS checks then if the address is different it will fail to add

Wow I did not know that thats super useful info, is there any info on which bank cards have avs / which don't?
