Paypal is getting mad, 4 of my recently accounts has been limited
 

Hi,

So my story starts from :

I'm from Egypt and pp is **** in my country, They won't allow us to receive the money inside our PP accounts , also the withdrawal is very difficult !

Our local bank accounts don't allow us to withdraw the money,

I was using PP without no issues , I've used to signup with Paypal through different countries !

Everything was working great,

Receive money,
send money,
Even i withdrawn inside one of my russian credit cards.

As i said These PP accounts was from another countries , It wasn't related to my country !

I'm using the pp to receive money from services online!

Today's when i signup with PP , I can send the money from the first time after that , Paypal flags my account : " You can't send payments right now " ...

This is getting rediclous, I start refunding my clients, after 2 or 3 days maybe a week my PP account get limited ,

The same thing happened with another 4 or 3 PP accounts?!

What should i do ?

I'm asking my clients all the time to send the money after refund ? Also i can't continue with my business like that !

Receiving the money is my 1st issue!

Anyone can help me?

It's crystal ball time again...

How are you signing up with PP? What is YOUR IP being used? List ALL you steps.

And...what category of sales are you going? High risk?

I'm using new IP's when i go to signup with PP ,

What i do is simple:

Register a " Business PP account "
Activate the account, With VCC and Email
Creating API
Start receiving money

Limitation done after 3 or 4 months this is not the problem

The problem paypal is letting me to send money on the first 2 or 3 days after that i've this message" You can't send payments right now "

I'm with Paypal since years, But there is a strange change with Paypal recently,

I've signed up with more than one country And all the same result!

Before was better than the current time.

how do you receive the cash tru vcc? I mean it's virtual so...

It's virtual and i've used many vcc that accept withdrawals
