Has anyone tried opening accounts like this
 

Essentially doing it backwards. Having someone send you the money to a random email address so you get the email like blah blah just sent you money with paypal sign up to get it. Then sign up with all your stuff and if you get limited it sems like you may have more of a shot of getting your money pulling the ol' i didnt know i had to give you all this info. Anyone ever tried this?

Its not something I'd bother trying to be honest, I don't think it would make the slightest difference

Ive set up the ebay first then paypal and vice versa, cant say it matters much, what you need first in all cases though is the email and vcc sorted.

i always thought we need to set up a verified paypal address before selling?

you do, just saying havent seen a difference when Ive done it both ways round, but never sold in any case until pp is verifies, you cant in uk without that

Problem with that is that paypal will/does limit the accounts for suspicious activity. May work as a once off but would not push it further :pout:
