Banned in US but if dual citizenship will work?

Paypal account banned in US but i also have dual citizenship. I have a polish passport, could i just make a bizniz account in poland under new polish information?

I have a Bank account and passport. I could get utility bill like a phone bill easily but i live in the US.

I have my legit one banned for over 5 years now. Every time i make a stealth one it get limited as i process transactions on shopify.

If your stealth accounts kept getting banned, you are making a mistake somewhere in the process of making it or using it.

Have you followed the stealth guide carefully and actually do everything it says?
