Need to call pp to add new card to limited acc?

So i got the email ''funds are available to withdraw from pp but when i tried
to add new card to withdraw it didn't work.

Do i need to call pp or can i just email them?

What is the error that you got?

Give us more details before you start calling them and see if we know what the issue is first.

yeah, if you dont have a bank or cc added already they will require you to send in docs..good luck....

Check resolution center if add new card/bank option disabled on your paypal account try to send email to support. If you don't get any reply to email you need to call sustomer service and explain situation.

Did you get a release of funds email?

Since you are mentioning using email, do you need to do this because your account is not in your own country?
