Need to confirm identity right after adding VCC
 

Hello,

I have opened a new stealth paypal on a vpn. Two hours later I added a VCC to confirm the card. I have received a security code, but when I logged to paypal to confirm vcc, there was this message:

"We need some info from you. The card you added to your account can’t be used right now. To use it, local laws require you to first verify your identity by providing a bit more information. Provide your information."

I added the code and the card lifted the limits, but I still need to add documents. My question is, is it normal process to need to add documents right after adding VCC? Or the VCC is a problem and I should be looking for different seller? Should I bother now with documents(id and address proof)?

It is EU paypal, I have bought a VCC from limcard.com

The same thing happened to me ( These days )

For my experience when i was buying before my own VCC with my name and address , The PP will stay a longer period, and after a long time they will ask you for a verification , Because you've exceeded the amount of transferring and receiving funds!

I suggest you to ask the VCC provider to give you at least a VCC with your name and address all virtual credit cards issued by websites so it's not difficult for them to make it under your name and address.

Because the same issue you have happened with me before with a vcc not under my name or address.

The VCC I bought is unidentified with no name and no address I was told so it will be because of that.

When this happened to you, was paypal okay after sending the documents? I mean whether I should send the documents and wait or just to move to another attempt. Or does paypal write the message that it is risky to do business and limit account permanently after documents?

better buy a new card here, why do you need this risk? after sending documents, they can still request a bank account or one more card...

Buy a new card here and start fresh with new account, right?
I didnt realize that I needed to have vcc with address

Well, I would have started anyway from the beginning. most likely the paypal badly refers to the limcard. I had a similar situation with loadoo.com Then I bought other cards and the problem was resolved. Just consult with the seller)

Try to get a VCC with your name and your PP address!

Because if you get any vcc with a name and address paypal system will recongize it and limit your account,

I've opened more than 60 PP accounts until this day and learnt many things about it :)

Hi Major problem driving license refused on stealth paypal account :o( any ides what i can do they won't release my money?

Just to update this

Sending documents helped to remove this limitation, I did that and it worked but next time I will get vcc with name and address to avoid this complication.
