Can I register two paypal with a phone number
 

I have a paypal account in my computer use the information of myself？
could I register another paypal account in this computer use the information of my friend，but use the same phone number as mine？

Two accounts will be linked if verified phone number is the same regardless if you are using different personal informations.

thank you so much, if these two accounts are linked, but I only use one of them, will there be any problems? Will it have an impact on my ebay?

you will get both paypal account blocked forever . paypal policy is very clear 1 person = 1 account . in fact this is happen to me few month ago . i have very old paypal account from 2008 and just few month ago created new account using the same phone number . few weeks later both account got blocked . i call them and they say nothing we can do about it and you should not create more then one account .

It could effect the PayPal

Install some virtual machine and make sure you cleaned your computer before you will connect vm to internet. You have to use different IP too... You can run two accounts on one PC, but it is not like walk in the park :)

It is same... All things in all accounts has to be unique.

That's just not true, not sure who told you this.

Why it is not true? You have to use new machines or they will identifying you by your pc fingerprint. Or not? Thank you.

OP, you need to read the stealth guide. ANd follow it step by step.

All these piece meal answers and steps will just get you in trouble down the road.

You obviously have no clue then that the whole reason for a VM is so that you do have a new machine....THAT'S THE WHOLE PURPOSE of a VM. Why in Heavens would someone need to clean the host machine when you are going to be using a VM.

No, you can't reuse any info.

You have to use new machines or they will identifying you by your pc fingerprint

Browser fingerprinting has nothing at all to do with giving two different PP's the same info.
