Is VPN safe for using paypal?
 

Hi,

I want to ask a question about using a vpn for a paypal, for example using a private ip for using and creating a canadian paypal!

What do you suggest! and is vpn allowed or not ?

If it's not allowed , How the providers here at aspkin offer dedicated ip's for stealth paypal ? Any explanation ?

The dedicated VPN's offered for sale here are safe to use for PP - for the most part. Every once in a while there are problems caused by 24vc/IPBooger to no fault of the VPN company.

But from my research why i can see that paypal system can recognize if we are using a vpn or not ?!

yes they can see if you are using cheap or free popular VPN's especially.

once you are in a call with them, they don't say exactly "you are using VPN"
but they can told you about that your connection is suspicious or something like that.

VPN is a violation of paypals terms of service or user agreement.. Its false info that everybody spreads that VPNs are safe to use. THEY ARE NOT!!! AND NEVER WILL BE! so much bogus info here.

Paypal can absolutely detect when you are using a VPN. End of story. use a Vpn your accounts will all go down.

That's 100% wrong. You're the one spreading false information. I make a living running PP/EB accounts off of VPN's. VPN's are literally the only type of connection I use. Why would I pay for 13 VPN subscriptions if I weren't able to use them for business? I wouldn't.

VPN is the CONNECTION TYPE. It's more about the IP ADDRESSES used, regardless of what type of HOW you are connecting to the given network.

Some IP address ranges (assigned by an ISP/network operator) are just plan BAD to use. It's not that VPN's themselves are bad.

For internationals VPN is the best and only option and as i tried myself everything works 100%.

Oh really? I didn't know that!!!

*Looks at my multiple accounts that's been going strong for years with VPN*

So.... when are they going down? I even have a couple of 10 year old accounts
on VPN. Oh! I need to panic right?!

So far the best results I've gotten is IPburger for VPN.
It's reasonable and quite consistent.

Specially you are international, this is a great way to have a dedicated IP.

VPN's can have dynamic or static IP's. The best one would be FRESH (such as Fresh IP) or IPBurger, and one that does not change (static) meaning you are the only one using it.

We are not allowed to open a PayPal account
I use the address of residence of Senegal (a country in Africa)
Residents are allowed to open a PayPal account I use HMA Pro VPN
Recommended in a aspkin It does not provide static IP a senegal
I also want to ask whether you can use the variable IP for the Amazon account
