Default seller insists i pay with paypal but my account is already blacklisted!
I know that my paypal account is already flagged since whenever I pay with it my linked ebay account is immediately suspended.

I followed all instructions, created fresh ebay accounts, and won an item. Now the seller insists I pay with ebay checkout, that requires paypal to be linked. He refuses to give me his email address so I can pay directly.

Is there any way around this? The moment I link and pay my account will be suspended again.

I was not aware that paypal offered their full services for payment in Botswana. How can you use their services?
