PayPal identity/address verification (UK)
 

Got a stealth PayPal account temporarily restricted as I need to provide proof of identity (passport) and address (like a gas bill). Stealth account is both a different name and different address to mine so how do I go about verifying? Photoshop? Just had £800 in sales since the restriction so I'm not sure what to do about posting the items: not post them at all and wait for them to refund the buyers and start a new stealth or post them out this week at risk of not being able to withdraw. All of the payments are on hold so I can't withdraw any of it. If I refund the buyers will I still be forced to pay the £80 in eBay fees? Thanks I'm advance

Photoshop is the way to go. Problem is finding a good photoshop person. I got a bunch of .psd templates if they would help you. Shoot me a PM.
