When is it okay to upgrade from personal to business account?
 

I just recently created a paypal account yesterday, no transaction history. Going to get it VBA and VCC verified. Phone number already confirmed.

When is it the right time to upgrade from personal to business? Do I have to sell/make transaction history to do it? I haven't upgraded yet nor have I tried to because I wasn't sure if it was the right time.

I know in the stealth ebook you can choose to create an EIN by registering as an LLC because I can't do SSN. Should I upgrade to personal as soon I make the account or do I have to make transaction history or sell something first?

There's really no specific amount of time you need to wait. I've upgraded accounts immediately after creating them. Just make sure you have your business information ready.

However, if you are new to stealth you may want to start selling first, to make sure your account lasts - just so you don't burn an EIN and your business info.

I always wait until I absolutely have to. Some accounts just dont do that great or have issues. I dont add them to those accounts of course.

This....plus get your feet wet, there is a trial and error period and nothing runs as smoothly as you think all the time.
