PayPal account is not active?
 

just made a new account and overtime I try and list I get this error, I have spoken with both PayPal and ebay but the reps where usless. has anyone had this problem before?

your pp linked to ebay? or is there any pp attached on ebay?

Have same issue for last 24h. It is up to ebay i think. Same issue, new account. Happened before also, it fixes in few hours - day sometimes faster sometimes slower

Im also having the same issue on mulitiple stealth accounts. Problem started yesterday

I was having this issue too for the past couple of days, but it seems that they finally fixed it. So if you were having trouble listing due to this error, try again now.
