Do I NEED to add a Bank Account? Here me out...
 

I have a stealth EB that I'm going to start selling on soon but the PP account does not have a bank account on it, just a verified gift card. I'm NOT going to withdrawal to a bank, just going to buy things online with the paypal balance. In my case, do I NEED to add a VBA to the PP account because the SENDING limit (not withdrawal limit) is already lifted. Would not having a VBA on the PP account make PP more suspicious?

Why would having a VBA make it suspicious?
No it will not make it suspicious. It will make it stronger since youll be adding another layer of verification to the account.
it is generally agreed that having a VBA attached to the paypal account is the right thing to do before you get started selling.

Sorry if I wasn't unclear. I meant would it be suspicious WITHOUT having a VBA attached to the account? I don't really need the VBA for functionality because I won't be withdrawaling, just spending the PayPal balance.
