Canadian PayPal Verification

Good afternoon,

I am looking to verify my Canadian stealth paypal account, would someone have suggestions on how to do that please? I would buy a VBA, but I am not sure if those exist for Canadian accounts.

Are you based in Canada? If so, swing on by one of the banks and get an account.

Canadian VBA is a rarity; USA VBA can be done but it takes a call-in these days and HAS TO BE ABLE TO RECEIVE MICRODEPOSITS, not the instant kind -even then it may or may not work

I've been able to use a US VBA and confirm instantly on a couple of Canadian paypals, but it rarely works.
