paypal nonsense
 

I Have stealth paypal where i used account now to verify banking info. It verified without a problem. Later the it was removed from my paypal, I think by paypal but the the account is still not limited and Haven't been able to add any new bank account because the account now is no longer listed under bank accounts.

trying to figure out what youre saying there...
Paypal always has a reason when they remove a bank account. Did you try to charge anything to it? did it fail as a payment method? that would do it and would prevent you from adding it again.

Did not use it as payment source. Only completed bank verification process. The two small deposits. did not use after verifying it. I tried to add something else.

Was the bank account closed after you verified it?
Possible they saw the mismatched name when they withdrew the two deposits. That's whY I myself use only instant verification.
