Some question of using paypal
 

Hello, I'm newbie and not good at english.
Please understand my English if it is wrong.
I want to purchase cloudflare through paypal.[Cloudflare located in U.S]
But I had never using paypal before.
So, I decide to buy the paypal account here.
Buit I have some questions.
Can I make a payment with verified paypal account?
and I dont have credit card and debit credit card.
So I will charge paypal USD through exchanger[EX: BTC -> Paypal USD]
Can I still make a payment?
