Calculating received payments + reset date

Hi

Main question. Is there any easy and quick method to calculate how much money I have received in total so not to hit receiving limit? ( interested in both UK and US accounts if differs)

Also, when is the reset date ? Is it the time 1st payment was received or account creation date? ( Is there a way to check when was the account created on Paypal website, not email? )

As per another thread, it was stated and confirmed that January 31 is the reset date.
