5 VCC for 5 PP Acc with different name...

Hi!
I have bank acc in estonia where I can make VCC visa. I have 5 stealth estonia pp accs. In order to verify this pp accs, I need to bind VCCs. Can I make this from one bank account just write ⊗⊗⊗⊗ card owner's names or not ? Have PP permissions to see bank acc real owner or somehow spot this ?
