Neteller VCC

Hi I am new on here, I have been using neteller to get VCC to confirm paypal accounts however now they have changed the verification need to use webcam to do selfies etc.

I was wondering what best alternatives were, come across entropay on here but some say have had accounts limited for this? Can you buy pre paid cards at the supermarket to confirm paypal accounts?
