Anybody here know where I can find a portable android emulator? I tried Bluestacks, but it looks like when you install Bluestacks, it has to install to program files and all users share the same file and that could possibly link accounts. Anyone know an emulator I can just use on my desktop like a portable firefox?

Try using a VM OS (i.e. VMWARE)
Have you read the stealth guide yet?
Why do you want to use a mobile emulator device in the first place?

It needs to be an Android/iOS/phone emulator, not a VPS.

If you are dead set on using Android Emulation, try NOX and then install SwitchMe.
I have not tested it, so good luck.
Will you be running a Proxy or something?

Yes, different VPN per account.

I'm looking for an android emulator that I can use on different user accounts without the apps being connected to the main folder directory... which is program files... it shares everything throughout users by program files... so i need the emulator directory in a folder on the desktop of the accounts just like how firefox portable is...

AMIDuOS - Has a free trial option, then a paid 10-15$ option depending on the OS. Memu - ability to run multiple instances

when someone said VM, I believe they meant to install the emulator on 1 vm, so the files will only be installed on the vm. make 1 vm per acc.

I tried using a lot of the android emulators, i found nox was the best out of all of them, but the problem is when i tried switching on my socks5 proxy and use nox firefox i check through whoer.net and it shows my VPN ip address and not my socks5 proxy. So i stopped using it because of that reason.

It's what I use for my Tablet (with Multiple Users and Proxy) and it works fine for me.

Nicks post had the best advice but it was ignored.
If you were to create an android VM it would be totally isolated from the rest of your computer.
Andy is another good emulator but it would be easier and more secure to make an Android VM and configure your VPN connection from within the VM.

Instead of clicking a Bluestacks icon on your desktop you click the VMWare icon, then you click "Power up this virtual machine". So using an Android VM would be precisely "1 click harder" than using an emulator on your desktop, lol.

So i decided to install ProxyDroid app and use the browser app i checked on whoer.net and it hows the socks5 ip address now.
so i assume when you turn on proxy droid app, basically any app you use such as the paypal app will show the socks5 ip address?
