Linking other country VCC to an account

I have a Finland Stealth PayPal account. Can I add UK VCC with that account? Or will PayPal see that VCC countries mismatch and its suspicions?
I will not deposit or withdraw with this VCC.

I have EU vccs on my USA accounts, i even verify them with it.

It'll be fine. Shouldn't be a problem as long as your process of making your accounts are based on the Ebay stealth to the T.
