How much do you need to have received into your paypal account in one calendar year to trigger

1. The "we need more information" emails from paypal. Still being able to withdraw at this point

2. Requesting of documents. Paypal limited, no withdrawals.

At £1650 they will send you the email but you can still withdraw to around the £2100 mark at which point you get a total limitation until everything is provided.

At around 1800 € they send you an e-mail warning you that you're reaching a limit upon which they are obliged by EU regulations to ask you for ID-Documents, at this point you still could withdrawal the money, but once you reach 2500 € the money is frozen until you provide your ID. If you can't, then the money is gone forever.
