Paypal asking for Added Phone Matching Stealth Name
 

Trying buying stuff online already have a Verified phone number on paypal but when I try to complete a purchase asks me to verified by Text or phone call .
before completing purchase.
So I do not see my verified phone number so I enter my number again and Paypal gives me a error "This phone number dose not match registered owner" please add new number.

Question is how do I get a new phone with my stealth name so paypal can accept is when they ask to verify a purchase

This happen to me in two accounts. Just i tried many times in one stealth account and after some days works fine. In another account after i ask in email, paypal said to verify vba and after one week limit my account.

I had this issue before. Gotta wait longer than 24 hours. Your phone number has been verified already. It's called a soft limit (according to a couple PayPal reps I've spoken to). It will go away in 72 hours or maybe up to a week. You have to wait it out. This happened because you might have received a high payment, maybe you had an increase of transaction activity, or unusual selling pattern. Either one, if you haven't done anything shady you'll be fine.

Happened to one of my stealth PP accounts. And just like what other said, you need to wait some days, and it should be working fine again :)

Happens to me all the time. I log out of PP on Chrome, and into PP on Safari. Problem solved. Pain in the ass, but it works.
