I recieved a payment of 650........ Payment cleared by sender, so payment in my balance,

tried to send 100 bucks to someone



maybe I am moving too fast?


Anyways whats the point of even saving the number with the paypal, when I click "confirm number by text or phone call" it tells me "sorry we couldnt confirm its you"

didnt even get the chance to recieve a call or text...



How logn till this goes away



Yes. I am using the same browser, the same cookies, the same computer

I just got the same message today trying to pay for an eBay shipping label. I called PayPal. The representative was very nice. He did not ask me to confirm anything and informed me that although he sees that the block came from them ( sheepishly suggested maybe it's my internet browser), he does not see anything wrong with my account and that there are no security concerns as far as he can see. He tried removing the block twice, asking me to try the transaction again. Finally said its out of his hands and that its all about the relationship--it's a new account ( I know this does not apply to you), I guess suggesting that at some point this will go away.

I'm wondering if that is the case? Do these things go away? I would rather not ship out all my items if the money will in the end be withheld by PayPal either way. I have other accounts just as new and have not encountered this issue as of yet. Perhaps just a bad day? I do not have a bank account connected to it, I use a t-mobile prepaid phone (he did say that the system for whatever reason could not verify it's my phone either because its a family plan or a pre-paid phone).

I honestly think it's some kind of glitch. I ran into the exact same error message today for the first time ever.

I haven't been able to make purchases with paypal balance since late december and always get the same error message. Numerous calls to paypal have been futile, and they give the most outrageous reasons for this happening.

Not a glitch, Paypal make it look like a glitch but it's a security feature.

I have been having this issue. Its day 5 since fund was cleared and still cant pay for anything. Not even labels

I just got the message on another account trying to pay for labels... did anyone have it "go away" on its own?

UPDATE: I just tried to purchase a shipping label via PayPal, it went through no problems. This was about 3 days after the security message.

My account is doing this. I made. $650 purchase and to do so had to call and the lady took care of it, the seller already sold the item and they refunded me so I found another item and tried to pay and can't do it.
Numerous calls to PayPal haven't fixed it and the guy told me he did all he could do and suggested that transferring the money to my bank is my best course of action.

Same here, my ebay account has been bombarded with Unpaid item strikes since late december. I've stopped bidding and trying to buy on there because of it. Can't pay anyone, always the same error... will get banned on ebay eventually for too many strikes. I can't even bid on certain items anymore.

Fully verified, bank added along with both credit cards. Paypal said it's a "trust" thing, yet I've been using them since 2013...

Just close shop all together if you can't process payments, seriously. I can't wait for the day ebay drops Paypal for good.
