1099k question regarding using someones paypal

Hello,

I just got the email from Paypal regarding the 1099-k form.
The thing is, I am using my brothers Paypal and conducting business with it.
Is there a way to report the 1099-k under my name? I heard that I need to obtain a blank 1099-k and 1096 and fill it out. If there is anyone that can give me some advice, I'd greatly appreciate it!
