Paypal verification and card question
 

Hi guys,

First post here.so ignore any dumb query..

Can you please advise if MOVO virtual account and card of any good for paypal verification. (https://movo.cash)

I have an usa paypal stealth account..over which I added the card and bank account.both verified the process...bank and card. However since it’s a prepaid card does it actually pass the address verification thing for the PayPal accounts.?
Or usin a an avs vcc which I see on the other posts of the forum is a better option?
