paypal limited jump start reserve?
 

Hello about 5 months ago my paypal got limited, its been around 180 days not sure though, no access to email. just logged in first time since limited and attempted to withdraaw 3300 of my 8300 in there, it went through so we wall see if it goes through. my main question is it shows the other 5000 to be in a "jump start reserve", which i havent seen before. i was wondering if they made 3300 of my money available bfore the 180 days and very soon ill be able to get get the other 5k, and thats what this is all about. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Oct 16th, 3 months into limitation account was hit with minimum reserve. Not sure what that means. It's been over 90 days since Oct 16th so I'd think any $ would be released from there as well

i have a minimum reserve on my account i have about $44 available and $7500 on hold.. they said it would be 90 days and i should receive an email from paypal with the amount on hold to be released.. its been about 65 days

You either supplied the requested paperwork or advised paypal you were not going to supply anything,
