Paypal Holding Funds After They Stopped Doing That

i have been selling on ebay and they stopped holding my funds a month or so ago , i have went to list a different listing and they have started holding the money from that listing

is there a way around this ?

There is no way around it. You can prevent holds being reapplied by being very careful with your sales (e.g. work your way very slowly up to expensive items).

Paypal can re-apply payment holds any time they want (it's in the user agreement). They do it when your sales seem suspicious for one reason or another.
