Paypal Instant transfer 72 hour wait
 

sold an item on ebay then payment released after the third day of delivery so last night i tried to transfer funds to my debit card it was $700 account is nearly a year old as soon as i hit transfer it said instant transfer is under review it could take up to 72 hours is this normal for instant transfers?

it might be your cookies, my 72 hour hold turned into 24 hour holds the more i withdrew the same amount/lower amount

just wanted to update it finally completed they took the whole 72 hours and at exactly 72 hours to the minute the funds were in my bank account

My transfers have been taking 96 hours, without the "72 hour" message since late December. This is after two months of 24 hour transfers with no security review/72 hour nonsense.

just withdraw 1700$ to card got same error, 48 hrs passed still pending

This time of the year,the size of the transfer,your reputation,etc
bank issued debit card transfer is supposed to be almost instant,as you pay a fee,but you know how it is,fraud is rampant these days,happy holidays to you !
