hi
my pp had limit and now i could transfer the funds
now i want change the bank account ,, if u called them what should i told
to change the bank account ?
and any one had same isuues ?

2. What is country of your pp? .com, .co.uk...or?

3. Why can't you use bank account on the pp?

my paypal usa
i can't use the attached bank because it's owned by friend and There is no contact with him at this moment so i need change the attached
