The withdrawal to your bank account could not be completed... technical pro

Been withdrawing to the same bank account for over 5 years. Did withdrawal and next day money came back, The paypal error says "The withdrawal to your bank account could not be completed because of a technical problem. The money has been returned to your PayPal account."

I tried again this week and it happened again?
Has anyone experience this, I was withdrawing to bank of America

@OP, when was the last time you checked that your bank account has no block on it or such?

Sounds to me like Bank of America has decided to close your accounts. Have you tried using your debit card recently?

updated tried the 3rd time and withdrawal went thru...... Weird! i didn't call anyone
