Connect PayPal to pay ebay fees
 

Hi i have a issue.
I try to connect PP to ebay to pay the ebay fees.
Iam running into a issue:

Error

Please add a debit or credit card to complete your purchase.


I attached to pp a prepaid cc.

What i can do?

yes a visa prepaid card.
PP tells me attach a debit or creditcard :/

AVS confirmed dont have to do anything more. First time is saw that that paypal wants a debit or creditcard :/.

And yes if i go to wallet .. nothing more to do.
Card shows as prepaid card and its attached.

So you have added the card, confirmed it and entered the 4 digit code?

This is happening on my end too. I'll have to just add credit card as form of payment for fees, your prepaid card of course, and when that payment declines, then you can use paypal to use to pay those fees.

You've set up your reimbursement payment method
This payment method will remain on file. It will be used to pay for your current reimbursement balance, and in the future if we reimburse the buyer on your behalf we'll use this payment method for reimbursement, you can always track the details of your cases in the Resolution Center.

no prob. It's been happening on a lot of accounts as of late for whatever reason. When your payment declines, then you can setup paypal as your main payment for fees.

smh For reimbursement payment it worked for ebay fees not.
i guess the card might blacklisted for pay ebay fees

I just ran into this exact same thing. When following the stealth guide i used a prepaid visa card from walmart - used that ot verify paypal. Setup ebay, waited a week, listed an item, and when I went to select Paypal as the way to pay my fees, when I selected paypal it would not take the card I had on file. I had to enter it as a credit card. I went right to 5/500 - before actually completing the config. Seems like you can list without paying, and that'll show your limit right away!

Once you list your first item, your seller limits should be displayed at that time.

what I was saying was, you can see the limit if you hit list, and then back out of the option to pay your fees.

Well Paypal is NOT letting you use your balance for anything, I have 3 like that,

How in the world did you even get the prepaid card to verify? I remember I was following instructions from a forum in blackhatworld a year ago using a netspend prepaid card and it ended in soul crushing failure. I couldn’t even get past verifying the card itself.

I also have same problem but I bought and added the card but still can't link paypal as payment method to ebay they told me to ask next time.
